In this Quiet Day, we will experience Nature as our director, gently tutoring us to hear the inner Voice of God.  We will facilitate that using the contemplation of some aspect of Creation, Scripture, Poetry and Journaling.

The day will be spent on a beautiful farm outside of Lieper's Fork, TN that is surrounded by woodlands, streams, waterfalls, a quiet pond, and trails (from easy to moderately difficult) and many places to sit, rest, listen, and journal.  

There is a lovely lodge where we will begin our day with a Continental breakfast as we talk together about the day before entering silence. Lunch will also be served in the lodge.  Snacks and beverages will be available throughout the day.

Adjacent to the lodge is a barn in which Art tables and supplies will be set up for you to use, if you desire, throughout the day.

We will spend the entire day in Silence, even through lunch. The silence will end with a time of reflection about our experiences during our day.

The group will be limited to 15 participants. In case of rain, we will be creative!

Closer to the date of the Quiet Day, Barbi will sent out an email with specific directions to the farm and instructions about what to bring and what to wear.
